New power for inspections
The latest release of our mobile inspction system is in service. It uses mobile handheld computers to collect inspection data from across Canada. Inspections are performed daily, and the results transmitted immediately. Authorised users can access the data through a web browser. The data can be processed and displayed in ways that give authorised viewers instant access to the daily procedures of the organisation. This is especially important for safety inspections. Managers responsible can be assured that all required inspections, from many locations across Canada, are being carried out in a timely fashion. This product will be of interest to Federal Government Departments and Agencies, as well as larger private sector organisations. PSION Announces the release of a new mobile hand-held computer, Model EP10
This model begins to bridge the gap between rugged industrial mobile computers and the consumer grade products such as the IPhone and Blackberry. It is smaller, lighter than previous industrial products. It includes new technology. It has a lower price point, but retains the rugged reliability of the earlier industrial units. This unit will be of particular interest for those seeking a general purpose unit for use in an office environment, and those seeking a vehicle application such as delivery tracking or service activities. Note that PSION is the new name for the former Psion-Teklogix. Contact SageData for more information.
